Robert Woodridge Wilson II graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 1995. Mr. Wilson has provided legal representation to a wide range of governmental entities, including school districts, housing authorities, municipalities, counties, water districts, and emergency service districts. Mr. Wilson has served as general counsel and provided specific advice to elected and appointed officials and administrators regarding the Texas Public Information Act, the Texas Open Meeting Act, construction contracts, employment agreements, real estate acquisition, and general civil litigation. He has attended over 1,000 public meetings and is prepared to provide guidance on the decorum of meetings from beginning to end, including compliance with Robert’s Rules of Order.
Mr. Wilson is an experienced and skilled litigator in the areas of civil, probate, criminal, and commercial litigation. He is fully prepared to represent clients from initial contact through trial.
Mr. Wilson has also served and represented national non-profit corporations in various capacities. He is familiar with the formation of non-profit corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and for profit corporations.
Mr. Wilson is licensed by the State Bar of Texas to practice in all Texas Courts and licensed to practice in the District Courts for the Western and Southern Districts of Texas, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a standing member of the San Antonio Bar Association, the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Sections of the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Wilson is also a member of the Texas Municipal League and Mexican American Bar Association
