After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1995, Mr. Tovar received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from The University of Texas School of Law in 1999. Over the past 15 years, Mr. Tovar’s areas of practice have included general civil litigation with an emphasis on representing governmental entities, businesses, and individuals involved in tort, employment and business litigation. Mr. Tovar also has experience representing public school districts, municipalities, local governmental entities and providing general counsel to various governmental entities.

Mr. Tovar is licensed by the State Bar of Texas to practice in all Texas Courts and is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. He is a standing member of the San Antonio Bar Association and the Mexican-American Bar Association. Mr. Tovar is conversant in Spanish, which helps the Firm in representation of its Spanish-speaking clients.
